Some time passed since i have made Snowy Bridge and Old Monastery mods, and just recently i have finished Castle mod. Not sure if i will make more though, at least for original Painkiller..
My 3 modes for levels - Monastery, Bridge and Castle:

1) Download powermad 3.62 and install it:
www.kalme.de/painkiller
2) Unzip the mods in:
Painkiller/Data/Levels
3) Start Painkiller, open console and type in it:
"pkalllevels" - this will unlock all levels and you can choose Castle, Bridge and Monastery.
4) Painkiller 1.64 version recommended.

Today i present you a new mod i have made:
THE 3 BOSS MOD!!!
This allows you to fight Thor, Alastor and Necrogiant all 3 at the same time in one level!!!
DOWNLOAD
Extract the zip file in:
Painkiller/Data/Levels
Recommended game version for mod is 1.64

When you will start the level, Alastor will fly up, so to keep him down, turn into demon with cmd "pkdemon" and shoot him straight, after that turn demon mode off and start playing - all of the 3 bosses will attack you on the land.
