The popular server browser All Seeing Eye has added Painkiller filters to their server list this morning. To update your ASE to see the list go to File > Update Filters and install filters. It seems not everyone can see the list yet so please be patient. If you are oblivious to what ASE(All Seeing Eye) is, it's a third party server browser that rivals that of GameSpy
