CPL has finalized the rulings and regulations for their 1on1 Painkiller Tournament. Not too many changes were made- not to say that the changes made weren't pretty radical.
For starters the map listing has grown from just Sacred, Psycho and Fallen2 to now adding on Illuminati, Cursed, Mine and Fragenstein.
Weaponstay is set to off with a weapon respawn time of 15 seconds. Timelimit has been set to 15 minutes and fraglimit to 0.
Chains.mod will be used with restrictions. Everything still has to be done via in-game menu and no configuration files tampered. Hint to chains.mod to start adding some important settings to in-game menu(fov, timer placement, hud presets etc).
