Available for download here, the latest version of Chains.Mod, now dubbed FMM.PK, has been released.
Be cautious of downloading it at this particular time- it seems the newprotocol command has been removed, so you will be unable to play on normal PK servers at all- more to come on this.
*UPDATE*
Version is up to 0.81 now. While you are still unable to play normal PK while it is installed, the team has said this is due to the large amount of features they have added. While it would be nice to be able to toggle between FMM and vPK, I guess there is good reason to have FMM installed. Get .81 here-
