Description: There are 151 souls total on the level so this is pretty doable. You just gotta make sure you don't do a lot of long range killing that may put the souls out of reach when you need to grab them.
When you enter the big room, find a place w/ smaller amounts of traffic and pick your fights there. That way you can get most of the souls and not have to worry about being in the middle of a lot of ranged / melee attacks.
